Seebach's leisure amenities were built in 1965 by the former city architect Adolf Wasserfallen and are today listed as a historical monument. Now that tennis is no longer played here, the changing rooms and clubhouse have been converted in a kindergarten and nursery area. This change of use required the conversion of the unheated building to a heated and insulated premises. The simple room layout of the interior and the addition of a new glazed façade correspond to the generous surrounding park and its greenery. Although the building has been insulated throughout, by treating the building envelope respectfully, it was possible to retain the overall character of the pavilion in the park.
